We reconstruct seams, replace hardware, re-burnish raw edges, and return your restored heirloom to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is covered under the lifetime repair guarantee?

We cover all structural elements including saddle stitching, metal snap-buttons, rivets, and natural leather tears at major stress points. The guarantee covers defects in materials and structural craftsmanship under normal everyday carry.

What is not covered?

We do not cover cosmetic wear, surface scratches, stains, stretching from overstuffing cards, or damage caused by fire, liquids, or chemical exposure. Our goal is to maintain structural integrity so the wallet remains fully functional.

Is this different from the return policy?
