When I Order Products Shipping?

The products you ordered are produced in 2 to 4 days. After the production is completed, it is packaged and delivered to the cargo company. On the day of delivery to the cargo company, the tracking code is shared with the customer.

How Much is the Shipping Fee?

We do not charge any payment for shipping. According to our free shipping policies, we will not charge you a shipping fee later.

My order is stuck in customs, what should I do?

If your order is stuck in customs, you should contact your country's TNT / FEDEX head office number. Then you must pay the customs tax and receive the product. Customs fees are not included in the price and are not held under our responsibility. As LEONADEM, we do not pay the tax and customs fees that your country offers you.

Can I get my money back if I don't receive my order from customs?

You are responsible for the goods left in customs. We will not pay you as our company.

What happens if I don't get the order?

Non-delivery products are destroyed according to TNT / FEDEX policies. Thus, you are deemed to have waived the product. There is no refund.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the product has not been sent, address change is made free of charge. But if the product is on the way you must pay $ 13 to change the delivery address.

I received my order damaged. What should I do?

You must appeal the cargo officer for the damaged package. The cargo officer will prepare a damage report and contact the agency. If the damage report is not kept, no refund or exchange can be made.
