Returns and Exchanges
If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*). If the product you have purchased does not have a problem affecting its functional use, it cannot be returned. This includes tone differences and scratches on the product. Please purchase the product knowing that you are buying a handmade artwork.
When contacting us about products with functional problems, remember to take a photo. When returning, you must send it in its original form.
If you return orders that have been sent without paying attention to the above details and cannot be evaluated within the scope of your return, your product will be destroyed within 15 days of your receipt. In order to get back your product which cannot be evaluated within the scope of return, you need to send us the shipping cost.

If you change your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase.
Please return your item in original condition. We recommend using regular post – take a photo of your returning package with the postage receipt visible so we can ship your preferred product without delay.
If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 6 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping where possible.
If you have given up ordering and want to cancel, you need to hurry. Since the products are paid, they are processed after 6 hours. The order of processed products cannot be canceled. You need to contact us by mail or whatsapp within 6 hours. Otherwise we can't help you.
